1. Introduction

1.1 - These user terms & conditions (the "Agreement"), which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, including the terms of the Privacy Policy and the Game Rules (as defined in section 9 below), constitute an agreement between you (the "User", "you", and "your") and Adwaitam Infotech LLP (CIN: ACH-4016 and its licensors, subsidiaries, associates, affiliates, and partners (the "Company", "us", "we", and "our"). This Agreement governs your use of the products and services ("Services") provided by the Company through the www.rglgame.com website and the Royal Gaming League mobile app on Android & iOS platforms (the "Platform") and associated software ("Software"). By using any of the Services, you agree to all the terms of this Agreement.

1.2 - If any of the terms of the Agreement are determined to be unlawful, invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms. Any failure or delay on our part to act or exercise any right or remedy with respect to a breach of any of the terms of this Agreement by you shall not be construed as a waiver of our right to act with respect to the said breach or any prior, concurrent, subsequent, or similar breaches.

2. Agreement

2.1 - You should ensure that you read, understand, and agree with all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement before you use the Services. You should only use the Services if you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 2.2 - We reserve the right to amend, modify, or change any of the terms of this Agreement at any time, and it is advisable to regularly review these terms. We shall give notice of such changes ("Notice") either by notification in the manner the Company deems fit or by posting the amended Agreement on the Platform. Such modifications could include changes to any of our Game Rules. If you do not agree with the terms of the amended Agreement, you may terminate your use of the Services by notifying us that you wish to terminate your account. Your continued use of the Services will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the changes to the Agreement.

3. Ownership

Use of the Royal Gaming League (RGL) name, and any other names or marks associated with the Platform, Services, or Software is strictly forbidden unless used with the express written permission of the Company. The Platform, Services, and Software, including their code, documentation, appearance, structure, and organization, are exclusive products of Adwaitam Infotech LLP, which retains all rights, tangible and intangible, to the www.rglgame.com website, the games therein, software, codes, copies, modifications, or merged parts.

4. Eligibility

4.1 - To use the Services, a User must register for a virtual account as provided in detail under Section 6 of this Agreement and must truthfully and accurately provide all mandatory information.

4.2 - To participate in Practice Games (as defined in section 4.3 below), you must be at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a contract.

4.3 - To participate in Cash Games, you must satisfy the following criteria at all times:

a). You must be at least 18 years old and must not suffer from any disability or impairment that would prevent you from assuming the responsibilities contained in this Agreement or from participating in the Games offered as part of the Services.

b). You must be a resident of India.

c). You must ensure that it is legal for you to participate in Cash Games in the specific jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Services.

d). You must not be a resident of any of the following states: Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh ("Restricted Territories"). Additionally, for Poker, the state of Gujarat shall also be a Restricted Territory.

e). You must not be logging in from any of the Restricted Territories.

"Eligible Territory" for all Cash Games except Poker and Rummy is defined as the territory of India excluding the states of Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.

For Rummy, the "Eligible Territory" is defined as the territory of India excluding the states of Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.

For Poker, the "Eligible Territory" is defined as the territory of India excluding the states of Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Gujarat.

"Cash Games" are defined as any games or tournaments which are part of the Services and require the User to maintain a non-zero cash balance ("Cash Balance") in their account. This includes online Rummy, Fantasy Games, and Poker. Any game other than a Cash Game made available by the Company through the Platform or the Software is defined as a "Practice Game". All Cash Games and Practice Games shall be collectively defined as "Games."

f). You must possess a valid PAN number, which will be associated with your account and which you will provide to us upon request.

4.4 - Users who do not fulfill the above criteria are expressly barred from participating in Cash Games and will not be entitled to receive any prizes they may win as a result of participation in Cash Games.

4.5 - You understand and accept that by viewing or using the Platform, availing of any Services, or using communication features on the Platform, you may be exposed to content posted by other Users that you may find offensive, objectionable, or indecent. You may bring such content to our notice, and we reserve the right to act upon it at our sole discretion, as we deem fit. The decision taken by us in this regard shall be final and binding on you.

4.6 - You agree and acknowledge that you can only access the Platform from territories that are not classified as Restricted Territories. Any access to our website or mobile application from a Restricted Territory through the use of IP or GPS masking software (such as Fake GPS location, Fake GPS GO Location Spoofer, etc.) will amount to a breach of our terms and conditions. This will lead to permanent blacklisting, deletion of the Username, closure of accounts, and forfeiture of the entire Cash Balance without prior notice. Further, such actions are a breach of applicable laws for which you shall be solely liable to penalties (monetary and penal) under applicable laws. The Company is not responsible for the consequences on the User for illegally accessing our platforms by breaching our security protocol.

4.7 - You agree and acknowledge that you are not a politically exposed person.

4.8 - You agree and acknowledge that you have not been convicted of any crime.

4.9 - You agree and acknowledge that you are not on the UN Sanctions list and do not work for a company that is on the UN sanctions list.

5. Description of Services

5.1 - We provide valid, registered Users the opportunity to access and play Games, including but not limited to online Rummy, Fantasy Cricket, Ludo, Poker, Call Break, Chess, and Snake & Ladder. The Company offers software and IT services to facilitate games of skill to be played with other individuals over the internet.

5.2 - The Services provided by the Company are solely intended to facilitate games of skill.

5.3 - The Company levies a charge ("Service Charge") for Cash Games from all users participating in said Cash Games. The Service Charge may vary from time to time and from one Cash Game to another.

5.4 - You acknowledge and agree that in compliance with applicable laws, including the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017, and Integrated Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017, effective from 1st October 2023, and the rules framed thereunder, the Company will charge and collect goods and service tax ("GST") on the deposits (purchases) made by you on the Platform, at the rate of 28% or such other rate as may be prescribed under applicable law. The amount deposited by you on the Platform will be inclusive of GST, and the actual amount credited to your Deposits Account will be net of GST. The GST collected from you will be remitted to the appropriate authorities.

5.5 - In addition to Clause 5.4 above, you further agree that you will be solely liable for any other indirect taxes levied on the deposit or playing of any game as per applicable law or judicial pronouncement. We reserve the right to recover such indirect taxes from you. We also reserve the right to deduct such indirect taxes from your Cash Balance and remit the same to the appropriate authorities.

6. Your Account

6.1 - Each User's account shall be deemed to be compartmentalized into three virtual accounts (collectively, the "Accounts").

(a) All deposits made by the Users for playing any game through the mechanism as set out below in Section 7.2(a) shall reside in the first virtual account ("Deposits Account"). Any Bonus Amounts received in accordance with Section 23 of this Agreement shall reside in the second virtual account ("Bonus Account"), and any winnings in Cash Games shall reside in the third virtual account ("Winnings Account"). Your updated Cash Balance, including the eligible discounts, shall be duly reflected on the Platform.

6.2 - Your Accounts are to be used and accessed solely by you.

6.3 - You undertake that all the information provided by you at the time of opening the Accounts, or provided by you subsequently upon request by the Company, is true, complete, and correct. We are not obliged to cross-check or verify information provided by you, and we will not take any responsibility for any outcome or consequence as a result of you providing incorrect information or concealing any relevant information from us. You further undertake to provide proof relating to any such information, including copies of documents such as your PAN card, or address and identity proof, upon request by the Company. You understand that the Company may take steps to verify any such information provided by you. Your continued use of the Services, including but not limited to your ability to make deposits and Cash Withdrawals in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, is subject to the Company's continued satisfaction that all such details provided by you are true, complete, and correct.

6.4 - You are prohibited from using the Services by means of Accounts registered in the name of any other individual.

6.5 - Should you attempt to open more than one Account, under your own name or under any other name, or should you attempt to use the Services by means of any other person's Account, we will be entitled to close all your Accounts and bar you from accessing or using the Services in the future without notice. The Company reserves the right to monitor any effort to establish multiple accounts. In the event the Company discovers that you have opened more than one Account per person, all additional accounts will be closed without notice, and continued violation will result in the termination of any and all of your Accounts, and the Company may void any associated winnings.

6.6 - You shall not share the password to your Accounts, or any other confidential or sensitive information associated with your Accounts, with any other individual. The Company is not responsible if your Accounts are accessed by others using your password or other confidential details or information. The Company assumes your responsibility in taking appropriate steps to select and secure your passwords, and recommends having a strong password.

6.7 - You understand, represent, and accept that your Accounts information or any related materials will not violate the rights of any third party or give rise to any claim that another party's rights have been or will be violated as a result of the Company's use or publication of your Accounts information. You also understand that you will not be entitled to receive any royalties for the use of your Accounts information by or through the Company.

6.8 - You understand and accept that your participation in a Game does not create any obligation on the Company to give you a prize. Your winning is entirely dependent on your skill as a player vis-a-vis other players in the Game.

7. Cash Balance in Virtual Accounts

7.1 To participate in Cash Games, you must maintain a positive cash balance ("Cash Balance") in your RGL account.

7.2 The Cash Balance comprises two components: funds in your Deposits Account and Winnings Account. By maintaining a Cash Balance, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

a) All deposits to your Deposits Account ("cash credits") must be made through the third-party payment gateways available on the RGL platform. RGL is not responsible for authorizing or denying any transactions, which are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the payment gateway. RGL reserves the right to reverse any transaction, refunding the amount to the original payment source.

b) All deposits in the Deposits Account are held by RGL in trust until used to participate in Cash Games.

c) Deposits must be made from accounts in your name.

d) All transactions on the RGL platform must be conducted in Indian Rupees.

e) Winnings from Cash Games will be credited exclusively to your Winnings Account. Bonus amounts, credited to your Bonus Account per Section 23, can only be used to avail discounts on entry fees for Cash Games and are not withdrawable. Winnings can either be withdrawn according to the terms herein or used for further participation in Cash Games.

f) Winnings credited to your Winnings Account depend on the rules of each Cash Game. For Rummy and Poker, winnings will be credited after deducting amounts used from the Deposits and Bonus Accounts. The remaining amount will be allocated accordingly. In other games, winnings credited may represent the total prize money shown on the game table, reduced by the service charge.

g) RGL facilitates the collection and transfer of winnings from other participants to the winner's Winnings Account, held in trust until utilized or withdrawn according to the Agreement.

h) RGL maintains a non-interest-bearing bank account holding funds corresponding to the aggregate balances of all users. These funds are available for play from the Deposits Account or withdrawal from the Winnings Account, subject to restrictions in this Agreement.

i) Withdrawals ("Cash Withdrawals") are permitted only from the Winnings Account and not from the Deposits or Bonus Accounts. Withdrawals may be subject to limits, and KYC verification is mandatory.

j) User details required for processing payments will be shared with RGL's payment partners.

k) RGL may impose limits on deposits or withdrawals to encourage responsible play and prevent unauthorized activity.

l) Cash Withdrawals can be requested anytime, subject to limits and restrictions. Withdrawals can only be made to an Indian Rupee account in your name. KYC verification is required for withdrawals.

m) The Cash Balance does not carry interest and is not transferable. Withdrawals from the Winnings Account require participation in a sufficient number of Cash Games as determined by RGL.

n) No withdrawals are allowed from the Deposits or Bonus Accounts. Withdrawals are only permitted from the Winnings Account.

o) Deposits made for participation in Cash Games are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn.

p) When using funds to participate in games, the amount in the Deposits Account is deducted first, followed by the Winnings Account, and finally the Bonus Account.

q) If you maintain a Cash Balance for more than 300 days without participating in a Cash Game, RGL reserves the right to forfeit the amount in the Deposits Account and handle the Winnings Account as deemed appropriate.

7.3 a) Winnings in a Tourney are subject to internal checks and will be released after verification. Fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of winnings.

7.3 b) RGL is required to deduct tax at source ("TDS") on net winnings in Cash Games per the TDS Policy.

7.4 The Prize Pool may be automatically split in certain game formats per the Game Rules. Service charges are deducted from the winner's amount before crediting winnings.

7.5 You agree that RGL's decision in disputes regarding winnings and disbursement of prizes is final.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 You are prohibited from:

a) Engaging in activities through RGL that may be construed as money laundering, including deliberate losses, collusion, or attempting to withdraw deposits without participating in games.

b) Posting or sharing content that is obscene, defamatory, illegal, or offensive through RGL.

c) Engaging in activities harmful to other users or interfering with RGL's functioning, such as decompiling software, intercepting communications, or spreading viruses.

8.2 Employees, directors, consultants, and agents of RGL, along with their immediate relatives, are prohibited from participating in Cash Games, except for designated employees required for testing purposes.

8.3 When selecting a profile picture, impersonation of another person is at your discretion and may have legal ramifications under specific laws.

9. Game Rules

You agree to abide by the rules and regulations of each game as published and periodically updated ("Game Rules"). Ensure that you have read and understood the Game Rules before using RGL's services. RGL reserves the right to determine the results and winners of each game according to the Game Rules.

10. Tourney Gift Vouchers

10.1 Tourney Gift Vouchers (TGV) are valid only for participating in tourneys and hold no monetary value. They can be used solely to avail discounts on tourney entry fees.

10.2 Players must redeem TGVs using their registered RGL account.

10.3 TGVs can be used only once.

10.4 If you unregister from a tourney after registering with a TGV, you cannot use the same voucher code again for that tourney.

10.5 Players using TGVs must have made at least one cash deposit in their lifetime to redeem tourney winnings.

10.6 In the event of tourney cancellation or unregistration, the TGV will expire.

10.7 RGL reserves the right to amend or cancel one or all TGVs without prior notice. No claims for losses will be entertained upon such termination.

11. Technical Issues

11.1 Once any amount is placed on the game table to participate in a Cash Game, it will not be refunded to your account under any circumstances. Upon the successful completion of the Cash Game, winnings will be transferred to the Winnings Account of the relevant winner.

11.2 However, in the event of a server crash, breakdown, software defect, technical failure, or any other issue attributable to RGL or otherwise (including natural disasters or other acts of God) that disrupts a game, the affected game will be canceled, and the amounts placed on the table for participation will be refunded to the respective accounts. RGL reserves the sole discretion to refund the amounts placed on the table by users for participating in the Cash Game to their respective accounts from which such amounts were withdrawn, without any Service Charge being levied for that game. You agree that RGL is not liable to you in such cases, except to the extent stated here.

11.3 In case of any technical snag or glitch, RGL reserves the right to withdraw any contest (game, tourney, leaderboard) at any time without prior notice and without liability. In case of any dispute, the decision of RGL shall be final and binding on you.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All rights, both tangible and intangible, including copyright and other intellectual property rights, related to the Services, the Platform, and the Software, as well as any content or information displayed or contained therein, belong exclusively to RGL unless expressly stated otherwise. RGL is merely permitting you to play Games online for personal enjoyment and not for any commercial gain. No rights of any nature are being transferred to you by virtue of allowing you to play the Games. Using the Services, Platform, and Software does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Services, Platform, Software, or the content or information you access.

12.2 While RGL retains all rights, including copyright, over any content that may be generated by users, including but not limited to chat messages or message boards/forums ("User-generated Content"), you acknowledge that RGL is not responsible for such User-generated Content. You understand that you access User-generated Content at your own risk and will not hold RGL responsible for any obscene, defamatory, illegal, or otherwise offensive User-generated Content that may be displayed or accessible.

12.3 Our Services, Platform, or Software may display content that does not belong to RGL. RGL is not responsible for such content, which is the sole responsibility of the person or entity that makes it available.

13. Breach and Consequences

13.1 You acknowledge and agree that if you commit a breach (as determined by RGL in its sole discretion) of any terms of this Agreement, or if RGL determines that your continued access to the Services is harmful to other users or the public interest, RGL may take one or more of the following actions:

a). Suspend or delete your Account(s),

b). Bar you from using or accessing the Services in the future,

c). Forfeit any Cash Balance(s) associated with your Account(s),

d). Impose restrictions on your ability to play certain types of Games,

e). Report any suspicious or potentially illegal activity to legal or governmental authorities, and entities including banks, payment gateways, processors, or other financial institutions or intermediaries.

13.2 Any actions taken by RGL as described above are without prejudice to any other legal or equitable rights/remedies available to RGL.

14. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

14.1 RGL shall not be liable for any claim, loss, injury, or damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or any other kind) arising from or in connection with your use of the Services, Platform, or Software.

14.2 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, you agree that RGL’s maximum aggregate liability for all your claims, except for valid Redemption of any Cash Balance in your Accounts and technical issues outlined under Clause 11 above, shall be limited to Rs. 2,000/- only.

14.3 You agree to indemnify and hold RGL harmless against any claims, actions, suits, damages, penalties, or awards brought against RGL by any entity or individual in connection with or relating to your use of the Services, Platform, or Software.

14.4 If you encounter an issue within a particular game (identified by a specific game ID), you must report the issue to RGL within 90 days from the date you played the game. RGL will not entertain, act upon, or follow up on complaints related to issues reported beyond 90 days from the date of the game in question.

15. Disclaimer

15.1 RGL expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability for any harm resulting from:

a). Your participation in, or cancellation of, any Game,

b). Any activity or transactions with third parties whom you may have connected with through the Services, Platform, or Software,

c). Any User-generated Content, including any violation of intellectual property rights related to such User-generated Content.

16. Warranty

16.1 RGL makes no warranty or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content available on the Platform, through the Services, or in the Software. The Platform, Services, Software, and all content, materials, information, services, and products contained therein, including, without limitation, text, graphics, and links, are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

16.2 RGL disclaims all warranties, express and implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, freedom from computer viruses, etc., of the Platform, Services, or Software. RGL does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the Platform, Services, or Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the server hosting the Platform, Services, or Software is free of viruses or other harmful components.

16.3 RGL also reserves the right to limit your use of the Services or participation in any Game or to terminate your Account if it determines that you have intentionally caused any malfunction or disruption of the Services. RGL is not liable for any potential winnings from unfinished Cash Games.

17. Additional Charges That May Apply

Certain additional charges may be levied by RGL or by payment gateways, banks, or other intermediaries at the time of making deposits and Cash Withdrawals. You agree to pay any such additional charges, which may vary between different banks, payment processors, or other intermediaries.

18. Use of Services

18.1 Personal Use Only
Commercial use of the Services, Platform, or Software is strictly forbidden. You are only allowed to use the Software for your personal entertainment. Under no circumstances may you use your Account for any purpose other than playing the Games.

18.2 Prohibited Actions
You may not attempt to modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the Software in any way. The use of external player assistance programs ("EPA Programs") or artificial intelligence, including but not limited to 'robots,' is strictly forbidden in connection with the Services, Platform, Software, and Games. All actions taken in relation to the Games must be executed personally by you through the user interface accessible via the Platform and/or Software. RGL may take steps to detect and prevent the use of EPA Programs, robots/bots, or any form of artificial intelligence. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, examining software programs running concurrently with RGL’s Software on your device.

18.3 Consent to Communications
Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of receiving important information, including account information, promotional notifications, or any other updates via SMS, email, or other modes as deemed appropriate by RGL.

19. SMS Alerts

Signing Up for RGL SMS Alerts

To receive SMS Alerts from RGL, simply register with us. By signing up, you opt into a recurring SMS program. RGL SMS Alerts are not mobile spam but part of a recurring message program.

Cost

While all RGL SMS Alerts are complimentary, Message & Data Rates May Apply. Depending on your text plan, your carrier may charge you.

Opting Out

If you wish to stop receiving all RGL SMS Alerts, simply text STOP to the shortcode +91-951239898. Once your mobile phone number is removed from our system, you will receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your cell phone or mobile device.

RGL will send an SMS reminder to all users at least once every six months to provide instructions on how to opt-out. For example: "Text STOP to +91-951239898 to opt-out."

Opting Back In

You can start receiving RGL SMS Alerts again by sending a text START to the shortcode +91-9840630013. Once your mobile number is added back to our system, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that you will receive messages on your cell phone or mobile device.

Commands

• START: At any time, text START to +91-951239898 to resume receiving SMS Alerts.
• STOP: At any time, text STOP to +91-951239898 to prevent any future RGL SMS Alerts.

Message Delivery

We may use auto-dialer or non-auto-dialer technology to send text messages to the mobile phone number you provide when opting in. SMS alerts may not be delivered if your mobile phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if network capacity is insufficient at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of the wireless carrier, such as equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather, may interfere with message delivery. The wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered and will not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

20. Collusion and Fraud Prevention

To ensure fair play for all users of the Services, RGL has implemented measures to prevent collusion among players to unfairly win, lose, or manipulate the outcome of a game. By accepting this Agreement, you agree not to engage in any form of collusion or communicate with other players to gain undue benefits for yourself or others. If any player is found participating in such activities, RGL reserves the right to withhold the Cash Balance in your Account, cancel, and close your Account without prior notice. RGL retains the sole discretion to determine what constitutes collusive or fraudulent activity, and its decision in these matters is final. In the event that RGL identifies collusion, fraud, or any other unfair practices, it reserves the right to cancel the affected Games, block the involved players from playing together for a specified duration, and/or refund the points or amounts involved in such Games.

21. Play Responsibly

RGL adheres to responsible gaming practices to ensure the safety of customers and promote responsible play. We are committed to integrity, fairness, and reliability, and we strive to prevent gaming-related issues. One of our key responsible gaming features is the ability for customers to set Purchase Limits (PL) on their accounts.

Customers can establish their own Daily, Monthly, or Cumulative Limits for adding cash to their accounts. These limits can be adjusted by the customer at any time, subject to the KYC process, which may require additional documentation to increase the limits.

If RGL determines, at its sole discretion, that a user is not playing responsibly, it may close, deactivate, or delete the account of that user and terminate the Services, either temporarily or permanently. RGL’s decision in this regard is final and binding.

22. Refunds

RGL may, at its sole discretion, process refunds under the following circumstances:

Erroneous/Accidental Transactions - Unutilized Funds:
In the case of an accidental or erroneous deposit, you may request a refund of the deposited amount within two weeks of the transaction. RGL will evaluate the validity of the refund request and determine whether you have the corresponding Cash Balance in your Account. If approved, the refund will be processed within two weeks. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the deposit, and no alternative methods will be considered. Please note that GST collected on any deposit will be remitted to the appropriate authorities and will not be refunded.

Fraudulent Transactions - Unutilized Funds:
In the case of a fraudulent deposit that was not authorized by you and credited to another user’s account where the funds have not been utilized, RGL will process the refund request within two weeks after determining the request's authenticity. RGL will ensure that the other user has the requisite corresponding Cash Balance related to the fraudulent transaction. GST collected on the deposit will be remitted to the appropriate authorities and will not be refunded.

Fraudulent Transactions - Utilized Funds:
If a fraudulent deposit was not authorized by you and the funds have been utilized, either in your account or another user’s account, RGL will fully cooperate with banks and investigating authorities by providing all necessary details of the user who utilized the fraudulent funds. RGL will not process any refunds in this scenario, and your sole recourse will be with the issuing authority of the credit instrument.

23. Bonus Amounts

RGL may, from time to time, credit a bonus amount (“Bonus Amount”) to your Bonus Account as part of promotional offers, discounted entries, or other schemes. The Bonus Amount reflects the maximum discount eligible, subject to the fulfillment of conditions specified by RGL. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, the issuance and fulfillment of Bonus Amounts are solely at RGL’s discretion, and you do not have the right to request a Cash Withdrawal or Refund for such Bonus Amounts. The Bonus Amount can only be used to obtain a discount on the entry fee required to play Cash Games. The form and manner of the Bonus Amount will be determined by RGL at its sole discretion.

24. Disconnections

24.1 - RGL will not be liable for any network disconnections on the User's device or any other external networks. If there is any disruption of services while a Game is in progress, RGL will cancel the Game and refund the points or cash, regardless of the Game's status.

24.2 - When participating in a Cash Game, the User assumes full responsibility for the risk of internet disconnection or communication issues between their device and RGL’s servers, including any lag, freezing of the game or software, or problems related to their own device or network connection. Except in cases of a crash of RGL’s servers, RGL does not accept any responsibility for any disconnections from the server on the player's side.

24.3 - RGL acknowledges that internet disconnections or other disruptions may occur. Players will remain on the table and can continue to play the Game once the connection is restored, until they are eliminated.

25. Third-Party Sites

The Platform may provide links to third-party websites. These third parties and their websites may have different privacy policies, terms, conditions, and business practices from those of RGL. Any dealings or communications with parties other than RGL are solely between you and that third party. Any reference on the Platform to a third party's product, process, publication, or service by trade name, domain name, trademark, trade identity, service mark, logo, manufacturer, or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement or recommendation by RGL.

26. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

27. Jurisdiction

All disputes, complaints, differences, etc., shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, India.

29. Accepting the Terms and Conditions

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.

30. Termination by User

You may cease using the Services and terminate your Account at any time by writing to us at info@rglgame.com and informing us of your intention. Subject to any restrictions on Cash Withdrawals in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, RGL will refund the remaining amount of your Cash Balance to you at this time.
