Consumable items such as virtual currency, points, or tokens once credited to your account.

Completed transactions where the purchased item has been used or consumed within the game.

Subscription fees for premium memberships, unless otherwise specified in the plan.

The claim is legitimate and backed by necessary documentation.

The issue is due to an error or fault on our platform.

The request is made within the stipulated time frame.

Refund requests made due to user error, such as incorrect selections, account misuse, or misunderstanding of game features, will not be entertained.
