cancel transactions or subscriptions. Please review our cancellation policy

General Cancellation Terms

Purchases:
Once an in-game purchase, such as virtual currency, items, or upgrades, has been
processed and delivered to your account, it cannot be canceled
or refunded.

Subscriptions:
Users can cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through their account
settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing
cycle, and no partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the
subscription period.

Pre-Orders
or Advance Bookings:
Pre-ordered content or advance bookings for events/tournaments can only be
canceled if the request is made before the release date or the event start
date.

How to Cancel a Transaction
To
request a cancellation, follow these steps:

transaction details, such as the transaction ID and payment method.

Limit:
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the
transaction and before the purchased items are delivered or used in
your account.

Conditions for Cancellations
Cancellations
will only be approved under the following circumstances:

purchased item or service has not been used, activated, or
delivered to your account.

technical error occurred during the transaction, and the payment was deducted
without completing the process.

request is made within the allowed time frame for cancellations.
4.
Non-Cancellable Items
The
following items and services are non-cancellable:

purchases of consumables such as virtual currency, tokens, or game
points.

Completed
or ongoing tournament registrations.

offers, promotional packages, or discounted purchases.

Cancellation Fees
RGL
reserves the right to deduct a processing fee of up to 5% of the
transaction amount for approved cancellations to cover administrative costs.

Impact on Account Status
Repeated
cancellations or abuse of the cancellation policy may lead to restrictions or
suspension of your account at the discretion of RGL.
7.
Changes to the Cancellation Policy
This
policy is subject to change at any time. Users are advised to review it periodically
to stay updated.
